Bad Boy is a 2013 Telugu film directed by Sreenu Vaitla and produced by D. Suresh Babu. The film stars Mohanlal, Krishnudu, and Sanusha in the lead roles. Mohanlal plays Gopi as a bad guy who takes revenge on those who have wronged him or his family. Bad Boy was widely critically acclaimed as well as commercially successful at the box-office. It was declared a "Blockbuster" by Box Office India. The film was dubbed in Tamil as "Kadavul" and Hindi as "Badke". Bad Boy is a remake of the 1980 super-hit Hindi film of the same name. It is a revenge drama where Gopal Krishna (Mohanlal) is an angry young man, who has done wrongs to his family, but he wants to do right by them. Gopal Krishna impresses Jangaiah Babu (Krishnudu) who believes that his sins can be forgiven if he agrees to kill Aarushi (Sanusha). The original audio was released on 7 September 2013. The soundtrack has five songs, all of which have been blockbusters in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
